I called the phone team and they said it was a mistake that I never got a product code so she was going to have someone generate me one and email me again. I made a Best Buy account with my email and asked if they could add the order to my account and they said they couldn't do it through chat and that I would have to call the phone teamĪnother 24 hours goes by and I still haven't gotten an email for my purchase, but I know my email works because I was sent the transcript of the chat. I did a return with the original game and then another purchase for the correct game which the employee who helped me said I would be getting an email with my purchase information within the next hour.Ī day goes by and I still haven't gotten an email so I contacted the online chat support which confirmed that my order had been placed and that I should be getting an email with my digital product code in the next 24 hours. ![]() The closest Best Buy to me is about 45 minutes so it was a bit frustrating to be driving that far but when I got to the store they said they would help me return the game and purchase the correct game through them. ![]() I contacted Google and they told me I could take the game to a Best Buy store and exchange it for the correct one. The picture was misleading and I was actually shipped the DVD-ROM version of the game. From the picture, I thought I was getting a PC game that had the product code in the case. ![]() I ordered something off Google shopping that shipped through Best Buy. ![]()
